Automate…
‘Busy’ Work.
Universities resemble small towns. Within this dynamic community of incoming, current, and former students, there is a universal need for documentation that verifies a student status and qualifications. Surprisingly, many institutions still rely on manual processes to fulfill this requirement.

Typically, this involves students sending requests to obscure shared mailboxes, waiting for someone to address their email, staff members navigating multiple systems to access student records, drafting the necessary documents, and distributing them physically or digitally. If students are fortunate, they may receive a response within a day or two, but often, the process takes much longer. The impact of delays in producing these documents cannot be underestimated, as they can disrupt students' ability to secure essential services such as housing and banking, potentially leading to issues like council tax arrears. For staff, it’s a time-consuming, and repetitive task that is prone to error which can have significant consequences.
download digitally signed and stamped documentation simply and securely at the click of a button
At King's College London, we took the initiative to develop an array of automated solutions in-house. These solutions empowered students to download digitally signed and stamped documentation simply and securely at the click of a button, that replicated the manually produced statements. We collaborated closely with retail banks and other institutions to ensure these documents met rigorous standards of scrutiny.
This digitization and automation of a critical administrative service stands as an example of digital transformation that yields immediate benefits for both students and staff. It not only saves resources but also enhances the overall student and staff experience.
